Remember sometime back I had blogged about the fact I was looking for a Solutions Architect, well after a long and hard search finally found someone, it came as a pleasant surprise to find out he blogs as well ( Out of personal experience I can tell you this it is quite hard to find the right person you just have to keep your standards up and persevere).
